The EUROMEMBRANE conference will be held at Hilton Sorrento Palace hotel & Conference Center.
It was awarded as Best Meeting and Event Centre Southern Italy at the Italian Mission Awards in 2017 (The most Important award for the Italian business travel Industry).
Over 3,500 m2 of versatle conferences and exhibition spaces. An Auditorium for up 1500 delegates and a beautiful Nettuno Ballroom. The adjacent foyer is ideal for breaks, exhibitions or poster space. Additional 24 meeting rooms capable of hosting up to 600 people complete the offer.
High-speed Wi-Fi connection will be available in the whole congress area.
For the EUROMEMBRANE 2022 the conference rooms are located in two floors (Floor “A” and Floor “C”) as shown in the map below:
1) Auditorium “Sirene”: maximum 1500 delegates (that can be reduced to 800 for parallel sessions)
2) Ballroom “Nettuno 1”: maximum 220 delegates
3) Ballroom “Nettuno 2”: maximum 170 delegates
4) Ballroom “Nettuno 3”: maximum 150 delegates
5) Auditorium “Ulisse”: maximum 290 delegates
6) Auditorium “Tritone”: maximum 169 delegates
Auditorium “Sirene” : Theatre style with a maximum capacity of 1500 delegates. The full capacity of the theatre will be used for plenary lectures and reduced in capacity for specific sessions. The auditorium is equipped with 1 motorised screen (mt. 10 x mt. 4,50), 1 video projector, 4 microphones, audio speakers and amplifier system, 1 computer.
Located next to the Auditorium, the “Foyer Sirene” and “Foyer Centro Congressi” (about 1000 m2) will be used for the registration desk, coffee breaks and posters. Up to 300 posters per session could be allocated on panels.
Ballroom “Nettuno” : The ballroom is a versatle space (area of 1200 m2) that can be divided into three conference rooms : n.1) maximum capacity 220 delegates; n. 2) maximum capacity 150 delegates; n.3) maximum capacity 170 delegates. Each room will be equipped with 1 screen, 1 video projector, microphones and audio system, 1 computer.
Located in front of the Ballroom “Nettuno”, the “Foyer Nettuno” area will be used for sponsor exhibitions (at a cost of 35 Euros per m2, excl. VAT).
Auditorium “Ulisse” : The auditorium has a maximum capacity of 290 delegates. The auditorium is equipped with 1 motorised screen, 1 video projector, microphones and audio speakers, amplifier system, 1 computer.
Auditorium “Tritone” : The auditorium has a maximum capacity of 169 delegates. The auditorium is equipped with 1 motorised screen, 1 video projector, microphones and audio speakers, amplifier system, 1 computer.
Presentation Room
Computer room to upload the presentations with:
- a TV monitor LED 75” to check the presentation;
- Wi-Fi
2 Meeting Rooms for Conference Organisers and EMS Council
During the conference there will be 1 room dedicated to the organising Commitee and 1 room dedicated to the EMS Council.
Both rooms are equipped with:
- a TV monitor LED 75”
- Wi-Fi connection
The lunches can be in buffet or served format. They could be enjoyed seated in the garden “Agrumeto“ and in the indoor restaurant “Sala S. Antonio“.
