    Henelyta Ribeiro

    BASF, Germany

    WesslingHenelyta Ribeiro currently works at the BASF Agricultural Solutions Division as a Senior Technology Manager. She has 20 years of experience on formulation and encapsulation of active molecules. From 2015 to 2020 she worked at BASF Process Research & Chemical Engineering Division, and since joining BASF SE in Germany, she has been leading several projects, strategies related to innovation and product manufacturing, also has worked on ideas and project portfolio management.

    Henelyta is a Chemical Engineer by training, and holds a PhD in Food Process Engineering. She worked as a Research Scientist in Emulsification at the Institute of Food Process Engineering in the University of Karlsruhe, and did a Post-Doc at the National Food Research Institute in Japan in collaboration with Tsukuba University. In 2006 Henelyta joined Unilever Corporate Research in the UK as a Senior Research Scientist in Particulate Structuring. After working in the area of Formulation of Novel Microstructures, Henelyta moved to Unilever R&D Vlaardingen in the Netherlands and worked as a Global Project Leader, and supported the implementation of a new manufacturing process.
